The next big Step - Odonatum is becoming official

Wow, what an evening! Our 5th General Meeting on 8 December 2025 was a huge success and a massive milestone for Odonatum. The energy was fantastic, and we made the most crucial decision leading Odonatum into a bright future!

We Voted to Become an e.V.!

For a while now, we've been talking about taking Odonatum to the next level—and we just did it!

The big vote to become an "eingetragener Verein" (e.V.)—a formal, registered association—passed with a unanimous majority!

Why is this awesome? It means we go from a cool club to a legally recognised organisation. This makes a ton of things easier: applying for grants, dealing with partners, getting official bank accounts, and protecting our members. It's the formal foundation we need to dream bigger and grow stronger.

Thank you to everyone for adopting the new statutes and making this historic decision!

Meet Your New Executive Committee!

With our new e.V. structure, we had to elect the very first official Executive Committee (Vorstand)! These dedicated folks are stepping up to lead Odonatum into this new chapter.

What's Next?

The committee is already working hard to file the final paperwork with the Register of Associations (Vereinsregister). We'll let you know as soon as the registration is official!
